Margraten American Cemetery (Netherlands American Cemetery) is a World War II military cemetery located in Margraten, 10 kilometers from Maastricht, in the Netherlands. It contains the graves of 8,301 American soldiers who fell in the liberation of Belgium and the Netherlands. This place of remembrance pays tribute to their sacrifice and is an important site of remembrance.
