Description

At 37 meters high, this structure is the tallest freestanding climbing tower in the world. Its impressive 11-meter overhang replicates the sensations of climbing a natural rock face, offering a formidable technical and physical challenge. The entire structure, weighing 50 tons, rests on a one-meter-thick concrete slab and is supported by 36 beams, ensuring its stability against the elements.

Integrated into Klimcentrum Bjoeks, a renowned climbing center, Excalibur is part of an environment dedicated to performance and the enjoyment of climbers. The center also offers several indoor climbing walls, including one inclined at 45 degrees. But it is undoubtedly Excalibur that captures everyone’s attention. Climbing it not only offers a unique challenge, but also an incomparable reward: a breathtaking view that stretches as far as the eye can see for those who manage to reach the summit.
